July 29th – Sept. 9th, 2022

This exhibit was a collection of photos expressing the artists’ perceptions of gains and losses attributed to the 2020 Pandemic and/or the documentation of the extreme environmental occurrences during and since this period.

Hopefully these images will be indicative of all that has been necessary to address the variety of crises this country has experienced. We aspire to give voice to local artists who have witnessed and documented the extremes attributed to the political debacle of 2020 and Covid 19.

We have witnessed the collapse of governments, the erosion of social, political, and law enforcement institutions. Health, educational and family structures heave been negatively impacted. These are just a few of the many things we are seeing disappear before our eyes. As photographers, we have the capacity to document, represent, and / or make personal or artistic statements about the extreme excesses or deficits.
