ABOUT
WHAT IS
ART BEYOND
BOUNDARIES?
Art Beyond Boundaries Gallery is the art program of the non-profit, Independence Alliance.
It was founded in 2007 by Jymi Bolden to provide a professional and inclusive environment for artists with disabilities. Through the years, the gallery has hosted over 200 artists, and continues to show and develop many new artists.
The program promotes creative expression, access, and empowerment for artists with disabilities. The gallery hosts exhibitions, special events, and open studio projects. Our artists are also connected to opportunities to share their art with other organizations, art centers, non-profits, and their local communities.
OUR MISSION
Art Beyond Boundaries Gallery mission is to provide access, opportunities and connection to artists with disabilities; that art can extend beyond ourselves, and re-establish our common experiences and expressions.
