HOW DO I EXHIBIT IN ART BEYOND BOUNDARIES?

We encourage all first time artists to call and schedule a time to meet with our gallery Director. This allows artists to discuss their work and artistic interest. For returning artists, click the link below for a copy of the artist’s application and waiver.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM ART BEYOND BOUNDARIES

Art Beyond Boundaries displays five to six exhibitions throughout the year. Artists with any disabilities can submit their art for consideration. All work submitted should be exhibition ready. There are no submission fees. Due to recent events of Covid, the gallery has a limited schedule for the public until further notice.

EXHIBITIONS

Anniversary exhibitions: The gallery starts the year by celebrating the continued display of art from artists with disabilities in Over-The-Rhine. This show consists of new and old artists that have shown with the gallery throughout the years.

Themed exhibitions: Throughout the year, the gallery displays a diverse series of exhibitions to meet various styles and talents of the artists.

Offsite/off location exhibitions: On special occasions, the gallery will display an offsite exhibition which are all inclusive shows. This gives our artists more opportunities to promote and display their art outside the gallery.

FotoFocus exhibitions: ABB participates in the bi-annual FotoFocus Festival by displaying our own talented artists interested in photography.

Group or Solo exhibitions: Though the gallery  displays a variety of artists every show, the Director will sometimes choose to display a selected group or selected solo artist. This gives artists who have established their craft a chance spotlight their body of work.

Changing Perceptions Series: Our most popular exhibition is an in-house inclusive show. As a result, this exhibition allows our artists with disabilities to display on an equal playing-field with artists without disabilities. Showcasing emerging and established artists from all over the Cincinnati.
